The Pelican™ 1630 Protector Case is a heavy-duty hard case designed to transport large, sensitive equipment with maximum protection. Ideal for industrial, military, and photographic applications, this rugged case features four built-in wheels and a retractable handle for easy mobility. Crushproof, watertight, and dustproof, the 1630 ensures your gear stays protected in the most demanding environments.

Built with Pelican’s signature open-cell core and solid wall design, the 1630 offers an unbeatable strength-to-weight ratio. An O-ring seal and Automatic Pressure Equalization Valve keep water and dust out while balancing internal pressure. Reinforced corners and stainless steel padlock protectors add extra durability, making it ideal for travel, shipping, or field use.

This model includes four rugged polyurethane wheels with stainless steel bearings for smooth, stable transport. Combined with a retractable extension handle and fold-down side handles, the 1630 rolls and lifts with ease. Optional 3-level Pick N Pluck™ foam (sold separately) with a convoluted lid insert allows for a fully customizable interior setup.
